Myrna Orcini, the owner of Monarch Sculpture Park, will be hosting the first Annual Art Festival during the Bluegrass Festival Weekend in the open are by the Rainier City Hall. The sculpture she created and donated to the City of Rainier will be unveiled during this art festival.
